Spinach Carrot Banana Ginger Smoothie

1 handful spinach

1 carrot peeled and chopped

1 banana

1 piece of ginger

milk or water (I used almond milk)

Step 1: Put spinach, carrot, banana, piece of ginger and some milk or water in nutri bullet or alternative blender.

Step 2: Blend until smooth.
