Mango Pear Carrot Avocado Smoothie

a few pieces of mango

1 pear chopped

1 carrot chopped

flesh of 1 small avocado

milk or water (I used oat milk)

Step 1: Put mango, pear, carrot, avocado and milk or water in nutri bullet (or alternative blender).

Step 2: Blend until smooth.

Step 3: Enjoy fresh!
